Consulting Tectonics has established a growing reputation as a professional
construction industry contractor.
Today we work with many types of
home owners and investors with a growing network of developers, real estate
agents, private clients, private investors and private equity fund investors.

Construction Services
We focus our business on
the construction of bespoke villas and the structural remodelling of buildings.
We offer a complete
design and build
service to construct your new home or to reform an existing home.
This service includes obtaining all required paperwork and permits before the
project begins through to obtaining the final occupation licence and issuing the
10 year insurance backed warranty at the end of the project. As sole contractor
we retain full control over costs, timeframe and quality and this allows us to
offer fixed price contracts to our clients.
If you already own a plot
of land and/or have a project prepared, we would welcome the opportunity to work
together with you and your architect to create your new home. Alternatively we have
available a small number of prime residential
plots for sale.
Refurbishment Services
As in other parts of the
world, refurbishment and reformation is a growing market within construction.
Many home owners prefer to extend and/or reform their home as a cost effective
alternative to buying or building a new home. A reformed home offers all of the
conveniences of modern living from large rooms to modern kitchens to light airy
spaces. A range of architectural styles may be used ranging from classic Andalucian chalets to contemporary designs incorporating large glass panel
windows and cladding panels.
Structural Repair Services
In
southern Spain during the last two or three decades many properties have been
improperly constructed. A number of these have been built without the required
permits and licences, without supervision by an architect or without topographic
or ground surveys. A lack of concrete retaining walls, poor ground quality and
poor construction practices has left many properties with movement and/or
subsidence problems. We construct ground support structures such as concrete
retaining walls, restraining walls and ground anchors to prevent ground collapse
or movement, followed by the implementation of remedial repairs and the
strengthening of buildings if required . Our experience is complemented by
investment in equipment for injection filling of voids and ground stabilisation.

sub-contractors. The emphasis that we give to the training and correct use of
safety equipment, safety barriers and tools ensures the continuation of the
growing number of hours worked without accidents to employees, sub-contractors
or the public. All of our projects are insured to cover
accidents involving employees, sub-contractors and accidental damage to third
party property.
