The principal focus of our business is the construction of bespoke villas for clients or promoters.

In the construction market we have achieved strong growth built on a solid financial and engineering background. This growth has been attained without the highly geared financial model of many construction companies. Many of our early construction projects were for customers that had decided to invest in the Spanish property market through the construction of new properties or the major refurbishment of existing buildings. Based on the success of these early projects, we continue to work with a number of these investors on subsequent investment projects. At our offices we can produce plans and detail drawings as part of the project development process. Many years of hands-on experience of real life construction processes and practices enables us to provide assistance to develop conceptual ideas, project planning and costing. The result is projects that are better planned, constructed faster and cost less.

Construction Projects

We undertake all types of construction projects related to home construction and general building works such as commercial and industrial units, and community facilities. We have a track record of successfully rescuing and completing projects that have run into difficulties. Frequently a combination of factors can stall a project. Working with the project owner our task is to complete the project. Typically a failing project will require a status review, followed by planning, budgeting and the construction of the unfinished project. In the case of a project that has stalled due to financial difficulties we will consider buying the project from the current owners.

Design and Build Construction Projects

For customers this type of contract has the advantage of a single contract encompassing the full project at a fixed price with a single warranty. This does not affect the standard 10 year insurance backed warranty that is issued with all new construction projects. For further details, see our design and build page.

Developers/Investors

Through a sister company, we operate as developers acquiring land for development and unfinished projects in order to complete the development. We have a small number of fully legal prime plots with licences to construct residential properties. Some plots already have an approved design for a new home. The design can be modified to suit the buyer. Other plots are licensed with a defined building permission suitable for designing a totally bespoke home by you together with the architect. Additionally we have a number of high value homes or reformation projects that have been started but not finished. All of the homes/projects are fully legal, licensed projects. These homes prove to be the best investment projects as they can be quickly completed as all of the paperwork is already in place and typically 50% of the construction work has been completed.
